I began taking Resveratrol in January to help control my blood sugar. I am a TypeII diabetic on insulin and pills. At the end of January, I went in to have my blood checked and realized I had lost 3lbs. The blood sugar was better, but not where the doctor wanted it to be. I went back in last week for another check and not only was my blood sugar better, I had lost an additional 13 lbs.
